A vault that thinks with you.

A personal command centre for capture, conversation, and reviewed knowledge. Your notes stay plain Markdown on your own hardware — the agents just help you think with them.

Based on your notes, Flowokr captures a thought from anywhere, files it into your Markdown vault, and answers questions from what you actually wrote — see [[How it works]]

How it works

Three moves, and nothing hidden in between.

01

Capture without friction

A thought arrives by text or voice. It lands in one place immediately — no filing, no deciding where it goes, no losing it to a notes app you never reopen.

02

It becomes memory you own

Everything settles into a plain Markdown vault on hardware you control. The AI reads from it, so answers are grounded in what you actually wrote — not a model's guess.

03

Agents work in the open

Every autonomous action has a visible job, a status, and an audit trail. Nothing writes to the vault without your approval, and nothing runs where you can't see it.

Capture

A stray thought becomes a filed note.

Send it from anywhere and stop deciding where things go. It comes back titled, tagged, and wikilinked to what you already know — parked in staging until you confirm it.

The vault stays plain Markdown on your own hardware, so the filing is never locked inside someone else’s app.

Answers are grounded in notes you actually wrote, with citations that point back at the source — not a model’s guess.

Every autonomous action carries a visible job, a status, and an audit trail. Agents propose; you approve. No agent commits to the vault on its own.

Built for one person. Mine.

Flowokr is a personal project — a single-user system I run on a Raspberry Pi, with the vault, the queue, and the agents all under my own roof.
